Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50
  • Shipped From: All items ship from our store in Culpeper, Virginia
  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
  • Missing or Damaged Packages: If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at raygan@le-monkeyhouse.com within 30 days.
